Technical Sales and Marketing Engineer

Summary

Identifying potential business opportunities to increase the sales
volume.
-Manage the development of new products and services and
organizing trials for new products.
-Prepare, develop and execute all marketing plans to provide direction
and specific plans of action.
-Discussing newer opportunities with the client to enhance their
current system with the help of the chemicals that render economical
or environmental profitability.
-To analyse procedures and recommend/implement measures to
improve production methods, equipment performance, quality of
product and implement changes to increase efficiency of department.
-Keeping a track of the tenders that would be floated in the particular
financial year by mapping the previous companys request for
quotations and their ARC period.
-Fixing the sales number for the year by the tenders being classified as
orders in hand and must win RFQs.
Develop and provide feedback to employees and address their issues,
to ensure true engagement within the team.
-Monitor and assure a safe work environment through process
adherence and hazard elimination/mitigation.
-Coordinate with quality engineer and maintenance engineer to ensure
manufacturing quality.
-Plan, track, and achieve the PCC plants safety, environmental,
quality, and productivity goals established by company management.
-To maintain a high level of morale and team work on production
floor through frequent communication with employee
