Summary

Im a Senior Technical Program Manager specializing in cloud infrastructure, reliability engineering, disaster recovery, performance and scale, and FinOps optimization. My work focuses on driving multi-team, high-ambiguity engineering programs that cut across product, platform, and infrastructure layers.

At HashiCorp (now IBM), I lead org-wide initiatives across Reliability (DR, SLO/SLI alignment, scale and performance) and FinOps, partnering with engineering, product, and SRE/infra teams across all Hashicorp products. I design and run execution systemsOKRs, risk and dependency frameworks, leadership dashboards, capacity modelsthat improve visibility, decision-making, and program velocity at scale.

Previously at MediBuddy, I led the full technical integration of Aetnas vHealth business and large-scale cloud migrations (on-prem Azure AWS), while building automation and operational frameworks that delivered ~$1M in annual savings.

Before that, I drove cross-functional engineering programs at Intel, managing customer-facing platform readiness, SDK migrations, and visibility systems across global engineering and OEM/ODM partners.
