Technical Product Manager
Summary
I've loved technology since childhood when my father would sit me down in front of an Apple II to play games like Odyssey ( Contact Since that time I've used computers to run leagues, develop software distribution tools for IT software deployment, create spreadsheet applications for large IT organizations to track metrics, automate financial planning processes for a large US-based bakery-cafe chain. And that's all before I started working in the proper software industry.
As my career has progressed, I've used the domain expertise I've gained working in the functional parts of organizations (IT, Finance, Marketing, pre-sales, HR) to build a keen awareness and understanding of customer needs and how software can ease the pain of work so people can focus on delivering higher-value outcomes.
I'm able to think through customer problems from a business and technical point of view, communicating effectively the message that is needed for the intended persona, be that a non-technical end user or platform architect, in a way they will understand.
Expectations
I enjoy the horizontal concerns of software platforms. I want to work where I have responsibility, accountability, and ownership of a domain, collaborating with developers and designers to make life easier for the users of the solutions I am making.
