Some of the last things I had been doing:
- Managed an initiative of migrating a complex internal platform to a new flexible authorization system with involvement of a dozen of engineering teams and a big number of business stakeholders across multiple departments of the company.
- Led a massive effort spanning over a year to migrate the aforementioned internal platform from being a monolithic Ruby on Rails application to a new technical stack (React.JS + GraphQL) aligned with the service oriented architecture, while also overhauling the visual style and UI elements in a way that matches unified brand guidelines and makes it a better UX for the users. In scope of it Contact coordinated efforts of four engineering teams dedicated to the initiative and each led by a separate technical product manager.
- In collaboration with architects and product managers participated in research activities intended to make it possible for the company to provide to customers new services with a different operational structure compared to existing offerings.
- Worked with architects and a number of engineering teams on necessary researching and facilitation of company-wide performance improvement efforts across multiple products.
