Summary

Managed 15 distributed people spread across 4 discrete teams. I worked hard to understand the frustrations they had and implemented unused agile techniques to build to a highly effective team.

I also was able to help found a new support team to handle tier 3 issues which resulted in a 23% increase in closed customer issues.

Expectations

A culture of inclusion and engagement. I expect upper management to support the team members with reasonable expectations and clear vision moving forward.

I would also like to use Agile practices for planning and reinforcement of the above ideas.
