Technical Account Manager


I have a unique background starting in customer support before moving on to a leadership role in customer support for a healthcare company. Then I moved on to a leading internet company in technical support and got promoted to Sales Operations where I regularly met and influenced sales leadership and the President of company. For that same company, I moved on to DevOps engineer. I then transitioned over to a startup company as a DevOps engineer. I've been in IT/DevOps for 8 years.


I have a technical and customer service background and I am looking for a role where I can blend the two. I thrive on interacting with people and building relationships and am looking to transition into Technical Account Management where I can foster relationships with my accounts and give them complete focus and serve as their concierge to ensure they have what they need to succeed and to make sure my company is providing that for them.
