My professional history includes positions such as Senior Systems Administrator, System Support Technician, IT Project Resource Manager and most recently, my responsibilities as a Technical Account Manager at GRIT. Throughout my career my responsibilities have included network, server and desktop support, new system deployments, experience in managing a team of developers and becoming the client advocate.
