Summary

Transitioned into technology after working in the mortgage and banking industry for 23 years.

In 2022 I starting supporting a very popular tax preparation software where I worked seasonally. I maintained a 100% customer satisfaction rate during my employment there.

In 2023, I now work for a firm where Microsoft Office 365 is supported. I provide technical support for all of MSO365 products and services, escalate issues, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Due to a company decision to offshore mine and many other people in the company's position will no long be available after April 2023.

I would love to bring my skills and talents to the table and be an asset for another team.
