Troubleshooting the issue on desktop applications, operating system and networking issues for end user with friendly and helpful attitude. To troubleshoot the issues such as MS office, outlook issues by taking remote desktop connection of end user and working on hardware issues like battery issues, booting issues, keyboard issues and display issues. Configuring the machines through cloud and exchange servers, installing the softwares like vpn, global protect, Zscalar, and working the issues on active directory resetting the password of end user and unlocking the account.
