Currently working as a VP of engineering in a Canada based Coupon Management startup and as a Tech Lead in a Game development organisation.
I have total 5+ years of experience in development including 3+ years of experience in leading teams.
I have expertise in building scalable, highly available and optimised solutions.
Have created a game to handle 40m users. Optimised dashboard APIs from 5+ minutes to 4 secs. Optimised sockets to handle 2500+ concurrent connections which initially handles 150 concurrent connections. Provided customised dashboard solutions to client using d3.js and html canvas to generate charts and graphs.
My primary tech domain includes MEAN Stack and AWS. Strong understanding of dry and solid principals and also design patterns.
My important technical decision includes using a molecular architecture in UI that includes from creating custom colours and using them to create custom styles and theme. Extending them to create buttons, input fields etc. And using those to create templates and using templates created components. And from them created pages. Also implemented stores to maintain states. Implemented adaptor design pattern to communicate with server through commands and pub-sub design pattern for internal communication. In server uses facade design pattern with micro service architecture to ensure no dependency among services.
I have experience in monolith, mono repo micro service and traditional micro service.

A leading role where I can contribute as a leader as well as an individual contributor whenever required. Also I require some role which includes development as well as maintaining and designing infrastructure and also my involvement in taking major technical decisions.
