Team Lead (Quality/Operations/Training)
Summary
I have over 12 years of experience of working in the call center industry. I have experience working in customer service, technical support, sales and cold calling process. I have a deep understanding of the call center process and the various challenges that call center agents face.
I have been working as a Quality Analyst for the past 5+ years, where I was responsible for analyzing, identifying and recommending changes to improve customer service. I also worked with various departments to implement changes and create/update training modules based on my findings and recommendations.
My previous experience (Sr. Team Lead Quality) has given me the opportunity to work with a variety of software programs and I am confident that I can quickly learn any new program that is necessary for this position. I have always enjoyed working in a fast-paced environment where there is always something new to learn.
