Summary
I'm a community builder that focuses on the entire employee experience. I'm a firm believer that an employee deserves multiple layers of support. Many organizations see talent acquisition as the first and last step of bringing someone into a company. I think there's vastly more.

All of these things make up an employees experience and ultimately determines whether or not they choose to stay or leave. I've spent most of my career crafting unique hiring and recruiting programs and have an awesome retention rate of 88% across all the programs I've run. My proudest moments are when I get to meet past interns who have returned for a full time role despite interning at other companies. It makes me super happy that my team has created a memorable and impactful enough experience that makes people want to return to our community.
Expectations
I would love the opportunity to once again be responsible for the management of a people program. Whether that includes a blend of recruiting, interviewing, career management, stakeholder management, or other responsibilities I'm read to wear many different hats.
Different hats brings me a lot of fulfillment and the ability to pivot from one to another is what makes me a dynamic contributor. I ultimately thrive in building relationships and would like to chance to continue coaching and developing others' leadership abilities.
