Summary
Talent Intelligence Program Manager building talent strategy and market intelligence solutions for talent landscapes across the globe. My work combines talent supply & demand reporting, competitor intelligence, skills gap analysis, demographic & location studies, DEI benchmarking, and broader candidate and economic trend forecasting to produce data-rich strategic hiring solutions. By applying a consultative approach to Talent Intelligence, I utilize both closed-source intelligence (CSINT) and open-source intelligence (OSINT) data to guide comprehensive Talent Acquisition planning & strategy solutions. Directed project scoping, research, production, and presentation of talent & workforce intelligence projects to executive stakeholders at Director to Senior Vice President level within Consumer and Operations TA (Talent Acquisition). Other duties included project resourcing, business problem definition, risk analysis & mitigation, delivery of research assets, executive and stakeholder relationship management, change management, and coaching senior leaders
