Summary
Global talent experience as an individual contributor and leader at well-known firms. Years of success hiring roles from entry through to executive level and have built out campus recruiting programs and innovative programs to hire from industry. Have served as a strategic thought partner in building and scaling organizations across multiple industries and as a consultant to build out recruitment programs, including role descriptions, assessment methods, training program design & delivery, and more. Recognized as a recruiting subject matter expert and for inspirational people leadership. Diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging advocate long before it became a buzzword! Known for developing and nurturing talent, employee engagement, stakeholder management, strategic planning, onboarding & integration, organizational design, candidate management, talent pipelining, creative problem solving, change management, HR policies, data analysis, target setting & allocation, workforce & succession planning, branding & marketing, and much more.
Authorized to work in the US & Canada, can work in English & French. Remote preferred but open to regular business travel as needed.
Expectations
I'm looking for continued learning and growth opportunities, with exposure to challenging projects.
