- was promoted 3 times in just under 4 years, with the last role being a team manager
- Completed 70% of the Bar Raiser in Training program, before leaving Amazon
- Interviewed, Hired and Onboarded 20+ new Recruitment Coordinators (RCs) in one year
- Managed a really awesome team of RCs from all over EMEA
- Successfully completed the Sourcing Upskill Program
- Developed and Implemented Change Management processes and projects

Expectations

I am looking to develop new standard processes for optimised recruiting. I would like to manage a team but this is not a deal breaker. I'm also open to working as a recruiter but my passion lies with processes.
