Summary
With more than 15 years' experience recruiting niche technical roles I have recently been Meta's first AI recruiter in EMEA. I have defined and implemented processes and structures from scratch, conducted full cycle recruitment of AI Research Scientists and Engineers and managed a team of sourcers. I have used data to create bespoke training sessions for more than 100 Meta recruiters, created and led DEI sourcing sessions and partnered closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruiting experience.
Expectations
