Talent Acquisition Professional- Recruiting and Program Management

Summary

I've worked as a Recruiter for the AWS Partner Network (APN) for almost two years where I was at 120% to my productivity goal and I intentionally recruited so that 45% of my hires identified as diverse. I was a program leader for our Partner Recruiting Internship Program, where I built a 12-week intern playbook with daily goals and learning milestones, which was used by recruiting leadership, intern mentors and interns to establish standardization of expectations and metrics across all parties. Additionally, I mentored 6 recruiting interns with no recruiting experience, and 5/6 interns received full-time return offers. I lead diversity recruiting events and participated in recruiting panels virtually and in person in Seattle to guide new recruiters and talk about best practices as a recruiter. I've held executive level conversations with our Partner leaders and reported metrics to teams about their hiring goals and diversity recruiting initiatives, which lead me to my promotion at AWS and contributed to my impact on the organization.

Expectations

Program management opportunities along with recruiting. I'm looking for a role where I can take ownership of a project with internal talent, but also help with finding external talent.
