Talent Acquisition Manager or Sr TA Advisor

Summary

I have been in the technical staffing industry for 26 years. Started as a recruiter, went into sales and became a manager/leader about 15 years ago. I have built recruiting and sales teams and have had full P&L responsibilities for 15 years.
More recently, I took a Sr Talent Advisor role with AMD and was very successful hiring MSEE and PhD level design Engineers that are developing the next generation of microchips. I was offered this position given my ability to effectively communicate with and advise AMD hiring managers to help them streamline their hiring process. I had full responsibility in negotiating compensation, sign on bonuses, RSU amounts and annual bonus structure. I handled both domestic and international hires and was required to manage export control, visa transfers and relocation services as well.
I would really like to continue working internal TA - but I am also open to technical staffing leadership roles as well.

Expectations

Local or remote TA as a manager or Sr TA Advisor, either building a team or managing a team employing my 26 years of experience in workforce management to help the company reach their hiring goals, proactively plan for future hiring spikes and continually seeking ways to improve and become more efficient.
Local or remote staffing leader to manage a P&L for a region, market, team.
