Summary
Sonia is looking for a strategic role in Talent Acquisition, People Operations or as an HRBP preferably in health-tech, fintech, HR tech or similar business. Depending on the size, stage and growth trajectory, Sonia is interested in Director, Senior Manager or Manager level roles building and enhancing the people operations function from the ground up by implementing programs and processes that amplify employee experience, DEIB, learning & development, employer branding and talent acquisition. Sonia has 8 years of experience, including 7 in pre-IPO funded growth companies, 5 as a founder and 1 year in venture capital.
