I provide end-to-end recruitment support/guidance to fill vacancies across specific client groups within multiple business areas and am experienced in managing a high volume of jobs. I partner with line managers to review job descriptions, choose effective selection methods and develop talent pipelines for the future via direct sourcing and onsite and offsite recruitment events.
