Summary

My experience spans start-ups and large companies in both product and engineering with focus on security, blockchain/crypto currency, storage, big data/integration, mobile, networking, monitoring/microservices, tools and test/performance, web3 and UI. Specific recruiting disciplines to include protocols, python/Go, Node.JS, React, Angular and VueJS, MongoDB/Hadoop/Mapreduce, CI/CD, Jenkins, AWS, Kubernetes, malware/virus/firewall/ransomeware and AWS/Openstack. Mobile to include Android SDK, and iOS/swift. Lastly, I am also experienced with semiconductor/hardware/consumer goods recruitment. Beyond Engineering, I have recruited on product managers, test, sales, solutions, marketing, customer success, HR and accounting/finance in high volume environments to include Joint Ventures.

I possess in-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies like D&I, metrics, SLAs, and behavioral interview training as well as affirmative action plan development, succession planning, compensation and benefits, job description development, laws and regulations, organizational change management, performance measurements and reviews, resume building and career counseling. I have a masters degree from Golden Gate University as well as being in ABD status for doctorate degree in public administration with experience in nonprofit environments. I am also a former US Army veteran that served in the first Gulf War, in 1991. I worked as an HR personnel clerk, or 71 Lima.

Expectations

I am flexible on the scope of the role, but a good team, fact paced environment, start-up but open to larger firms with good process in place. Remote, travel is OK. Good leadership, open to ideas.
