Systems Support Engineer
Summary
I have been a frontline Infrastructure support engineer for around 20 years now. My Particular expertise is end user support from 1st to 3rd Line. I have expertise in Windows systems/servers(Windows server 2012, 2016), Linux systems/servers (Ubuntu), Citrix systems and AWS cloud systems.
Expectations
I would like my role to include a mixture of BAU and projects. Dealing with escalations or handling 1st to 3rd line issues.
I would like to be get more involved in cloud based technologies, particularly automation (if possible).
