Achieve 99.5% uptime and improve load time performance by reviewing metrics weekly and by utilizing project management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams on solutions to issues
Effectively resolve 50+ tickets weekly by troubleshooting and utilizing analytical problem-solving to identify issues, execute debugging of code and deploy solutions for implementation
Facilitate continuous improvement in collaboration with developers by analyzing bug data to identify common issues and implement solutions
Create technical documentation to communicate software asset management policies and procedures to stakeholders and collaborative cross-functional teams
Ensure security of apps and information systems by executing identity and access management, vulnerability assessments, patching, and troubleshooting network security and firewalls utilizing Wireshark
Maintain business continuity by updating, supporting and implementing disaster recovery plans
Manage IT infrastructure by leading hardware and server ordering and executing software configuration
