Summary

I am both a veteran and a highly skilled System Administrator. I have worked in the IT field for about 12 years both in and out of the Army. I have been working in the food manufacturing industry and I have helped my business meet the numerous challenges in managing their architecture. Not only do I contribute to systems running with little downtime, but have onboarded new systems that allow us to proactively monitor problems that crop up in our environment. I also developed a ticketing system that both management and floor workers are able to use to report problems.

I have recently finished doing a residential WiFi implementation for two company housing facilities, and have done IP based security camera installations for the same. Our new push is to use new, state of the art, WiFi industrial sensors in order to increase productivity and decrease waste on the company floor.

Expectations

I am looking for a role that is either remote or offers relocation assistance to move closer to where the office is. I am also looking for a dynamic, forward-looking position that isn't afraid to take risks on utilizing the newest technologies to increase productivity and who harmonizes their IT department with the overall direction of the company.
