I am a recent graduate at the university of memphis. My degree is in engineering with a focus towards system and network administration, I also have a comp sci minor.

As an L2 IT Support Specialist at UMRF (FedEx) in Memphis, TN, I provided Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, efficiently resolving technical issues. I used Cisco and Citrix software for virtual assistance, handled VPN and VDI issues, and managed user access with Active Directory and Azure. A project I completed is the Virtual Cybersecurity Lab, where I created a virtual sandbox environment, configured Pfsense firewall, deployed a Windows Server 2019, and launched Splunk for network monitoring and security analysis.
