Summary

I`ve been working for 3 years in IT Technical Support. Started at ServiceDesk level, then promoted to 2nd line Support and a few months ago I managed to promote again to an equivalent 3rd line level of support.
During this time, I worked with AD, GPOs, SCCM, Intune, PowerShell, Windows Server, Exchange Online, Azure AD.
Right now, my job is to package applications in SCCM (using PSAppDeploy Toolkit), create deployments and monitor them. If any issues show up with the packages, I`m responsible for finding a solution.

Expectations

I`m hoping to find colleagues with whom I can have a good work relationship and a working environment that`s challenging and that can help me learn even more stuff about my field of expertise.
