Experienced Team Lead of Support and On-boarding/Implementation Specialist.

Experienced in on-boarding / implementation and training of the new customers on the company's platform.
Detailed reporting experience (spreadsheets, Pivot Tables and Data visualization/Tableau). Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc. Basic SQL knowledge (Navicat).
