Supply Chain Planner
Summary
Logistics Planner at Homesavers and Assistant Ops. Manager at Honda Motors. These two roles gave me the opportunity to fully utilise my skills. I learnt a lot of new things on the job as well, primarily technical, like working with multiple ERP systems and combining them to articulate a new perspective. I also worked with people from different cultures giving me an alternate view of the same tasks to be done. I developed my soft skills in these roles as well due to my constant interaction with both internal & external stakeholders on a regular basis.
Expectations
In my new role, I am looking for a space where I can grow indefinitely, and where I am given a chance to change the organisation for its good. Also, I should be given a certain level of autonomy as I have always been a self-starter formulating my own ideas and ways. I also like to work in a team and strive to grow with my team as a unit.
