Summary

I wake up every day unafraid and put life into a bear hug. I am extremely hard working, ridiculously efficient, and always find creative solutions. I am highly capable under pressure and will find the best way to execute initiatives. I very much enjoy teaching/training, problem solving, creating teams, and improving processes.
I have a strong history filled with exemplary military service, standard-setting lean six sigma projects, and running all aspects of operations. I am ready and eager for the challenges & opportunities that any role has to offer.
My Core Competencies
Process improvement/development: Strong ability to pick apart processes and identify waste and lack of controls and/or implement new processes that are efficient and filled with mistake proofing. This would include generation of work instructions that grow with the process, are controlled, and have check-backs that revisit the health of a process.
People Leader: Managing and developing people is a passion of mine. I believe we all bring something special to the table and finding that in another person and strengthening it is key to the success of the team. Find what success looks like and connect pride to it. Also, love teaching
Data Analytics: I can analyze data (big and small) and ultimately communicate with it. This would include everything from initial data mining, to measurement validation, to best visual practices in displaying the data.
Creative Problem Solving: I am comfortable with lots of blue sky and limited direction. I navigate well in chaotic situations and handle stress calmly. I bring energy and tenacity to problems and execute resolutions.
