Summary

With over 15 years of executive experience in Strategy & Operations and Customer Experience, I lead cross-functional teams and initiatives that drive business transformation and growth. Currently, as a Strategy & Operations Executive and Chief of Staff, I establish and lead strategic programs, PMO, business intelligence, go-to-market, communications, and annual planning and operations for various organizations and transformation projects across the company.

Prior to this, I spent 10 years in the startup world serving as the Chief Customer Officer for a marketing automation platform, SVP of Global Delivery for a b2b market defining company, as well as COO at multi-channel customer interaction platform company. I am passionate about connecting the dots across complex ecosystems and bridging gaps between business and technology, using my skills in strategy, collaboration, process improvement and agile development.
