Strategic planning for effective and efficient outcome
Summary
I have completed my MBA (dual specialization in Marketing and HR) from the Central University of Karnataka, in 2016, where i learned about current market and how to be inflow with better strategy for changing market. A company is in limelight only if you sell yourself in better and unique way.
Expectations
Justified benefits for my work. An EE and ER relationship is also like a business. One provide service while the later provide payment for the service. Usually a company tries to save as much money by not providing their employees the benefits they deserve and hence losses the efficient employees. However, it comes out that the CEO or MD or Directors are unaware of what's going on in their company. It's just HR incompetent and unethical way of maintaining EE that makes them lose better EE.
