Startup Integrator, Operations Lead, Director of Operations

Summary

As a start-up cofounder, I thrive on ambiguity and jumping in to solve whatever challenge needs to be overcome. This has led me to fill a wide range of roles, both tactical and strategic: I have launched new products and services, developed strategy, and led operations, FP&A, and data analysis. I am a natural optimizer and enjoy rolling up my sleeves to understand how things work and can be improved while always keeping focus on the end-user. And I love driving success by serving cross-functionally to build and support teams, helping everyone develop a shared vision of the business.

Expectations

I want to be part of an engaged team where I can make a substantial contribution. An ideal fit would allow me to leverage more than one of my skills by, for example, working cross-functionally across internal teams and/or with clients.
I am also highly effective at creating structure in ambiguous environments by working with stakeholders - both internal and external - to establish priorities, get their buy in, and setting and achieving ambitious goals. I would enjoy contributing whatever element of this skillset that would be useful.
