Staff Software Engineer

Summary

Im a software developer with expertise in mobile app development, including engineering, visual design, usability (UX), product development and revenue models. I have experience developing for several mobile platforms with significant expertise in iOS.

Able to consult on good practices for developing software quality, product quality, App Store guidelines, client/server protocols, usability and visual design.

Ive written two iOS apps where Ive done everything, for good or ill: concept, product development, code, visual design, app icon designs, marketing copy.

Worked for Tripadvisor on Restaurants, with roughly 50% of app traffic, screens I wrote all the code for are visited by over 1 million people per day. Responsible for improving our write a review form, in several ways, that contributed to over 2M increase in reviews annually.
