My main work includes working with Hospitals all across the USA as an Document Imaging Consultant. My work includes building the solution for clients and troubleshooting as necessary.
As an experienced Staff Consultant with a strong background in the information technology and services industry, I have demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, healthcare information technology (HIT), customer service, Red Hat Linux, and Microsoft Office.
With a bachelors degree in Computer Science and a Master's Degree in Machine Learning from the University of MAHE at Manipal School of Information Sciences, I possess a solid foundation in both theory and practical application of advanced technologies.
Throughout my career, I have consistently leveraged my technical skills and industry knowledge to provide effective solutions and exceptional service to clients.
1) Achieving business objectives by establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
2) Providing technical architecture guidance to both clients and internal project teams, to ensure the successful deployment of integrated hardware, software, and devices.
3) Exhibiting mastery in product delivery workflows, best practices, and strategies for installing client hardware, software, and devices, through modeling and demonstration.
4) Conducting technical troubleshooting, resolving issues, and escalating problems as necessary.
