Summary

I started working full desk lifecycle recruitment 6 years ago. After realizing that the account management side wasn't for me I have consistently put up accolades and been considered a successful mainstay at multiple recruiting agencies. In my largest agency Robert half I was named rookie of the Year for Q3 in the region and placed in the top 50 out of upwards of 1,000 employees. In my current role I skyrocketed to the number 2 recruiter position in my first year which I still hold strong till this day in my third year. Most importantly I am always learning. When a tough req comes out and the other recruiters run for the hills I face the challenge head on!

Expectations

A company that values my approach: the old school way. This means as soon as a req comes out without hesitation I create a Boolean and I start making calls to beat out my counterparts and the competition. I have always worked hard but in the last couple of years I have learned to work even smarter by being more efficient with my time which allows me to work multiple reqs and be a high volume recruiter. I am open to feedback if it's constructive but will not accept a culture that encourages micromanaging.
