Sr software engineer

Summary

I started at the beginning of 2013 as a Jr Javascript developer, from that moment I loved my work.
That passion led me to perfect myself looking to learn new things, comparing the benefits of using one or another technology and seeking advice from co workers and referents.
I decided to learn to lead, to have more comprehension of projects and their processes, so I asked my leaders to give me more responsibilities and, with the time, they put my in charge of a team.
Being part of a team is great, but you need time to get used to leading one. You need confidence, but also to be humble and listen others opinions. I managed to be a good leader (or at least i think so).

I learned lot of things in my years of experience, some are:

* Countless js libraries
* FE and BE development
* Good practices (and one or two bad too)
* Team work
* Leadership
* Soft skills
* Make tough decisions
* Make fit interviews

Expectations

New challenges and new things to learn. I'm always open to work in projects that motivate the team to be better.
