Expectations

One of the expectations my previous company had of me as a lead engineer was that I would demonstrate my leadership abilities through special projects and assignments. I met these expectations. For example, my company chose me to be a trainer for newly hired programmers. In this role, I provide direction and guidance to new programmers while continuing to meet the expectations for my role.
