I hold a total of 12 years of experience majoring in Jira and confluence(Atlassian products) within IT Operations, SDLC Environment, SLA Management, SD, ITSM and Enterprise Solutions, etc. As well as, I am ITIL V3 certified. I believe I can be absorbed well in any similar profile.
