As a Sr. Scrum Master at MeData and a Sr. Scrum Master P97 Networks recently as a hands agile coach, and as a at VP at Veriforce, ClosingCorp and Black Knight Financial Services earlier as a executive sponsor of agile transformations - I have been instrumental in providing executive leadership and technology direction, spearheading highly successful, organizational-level Agile Software Development transformations in these companies. I believe my diverse experience developing strategy, products and delivering solutions geared towards improving, optimizing product development and realizing cost savings for companies in multiple domains and industries would be great asset. I have built agile PMO in the past and have seen challenges in agile journey and have successfully resolved thru tested and proven servant leadership with compassion.
As a Certified PMP, SAFe 5 Scaled Agilist and Scrum Master, I have extensive experience in optimizing agile/scrum development and in scaling Agile using SAFe 5/4. I am also specializing in implementing dual track scrum at the enterprise level. I believe my extensive knowledge in wide variety of technological tools and frameworks along with extensive leadership/managerial experience would be great addition to any organization.
