Recognition Management : identifying high performers, assessing their accomplishments, preparing justification, recognizing them at different levels.
Appraisal Management : Assessing peoples accomplishments, performance, initiatives every quarter & assigning rating.
Organizations Talent Review Reviewing every team members career goals, strength, improvement opportunities, accomplishments, skill set upgrade, initiatives & preparing ordinal list, presenting to management community.
Teams skill set development collecting teams skill set, assessing, identifying opportunities for skills upgrade, guiding team members to develop their IDP (Individual Development Plan)
Recruitment Mgmt : Initiated a interview panel, conducting interviews, & selecting candidates for this project.
