Summary

Lead a newly formed cross-functional teams to design and execute customer-centric channel strategies that drive growth throughout the full funnel. (Awareness, consideration, conversion, loyalty and engagement)
Manage a team of channel experts across paid advertising, SEO, SEM, Social, Email, Events, App, and Web.
Collaborate with agencies, comms, product marketing, sales, ops, data, analytics, and marketing technology to build and stand up a new operating model to deliver unified customer experiences across four business units
o Business Impact: 10-20% reductions in acquisition costs, 3-5% reduction in churn and 6-10% increase in LTV
o Marketing Performance: 20-30% lift in awareness, 150%+ increase in traffic and 200%+ lift in qualified lead volume
