Sr.IT Support Engineer

Summary

Working as focal point for Customers like (MAGRABi Optical,
Spanish Center,etc) by receiving all the requests/issues and provide
the required support (locally and remotely) for a range of hardware
and software related systems.
Manage all end users' inquiry and incidents through ticketing
system, respond, and resolve according to SLAs.
Service can be Install, configure and maintain computer hardware,
operating systems and applications.
Providing and installing network devices inside the company,
control the company internal network and connect all computers to
it with the determination of power.
Show recommendations for purchasing new devices and equipment
to develop the company internal network.
In additional Provide guide and training for IT equipments.
Coordinate with suppliers & Vendor to provide all IT equipments.
Define and implement IT Policies, Procedures, and best practices.
Escalate unresolved Problems to related teams.
Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues

IT Support Specialist professional who has over 13+ years of
experience in Government and private sector in many technical
areas, specifically in 1st - 2nd line technical support, from resolving
faults to configuring and installing systems with good
communication relations with customers. I am looking for new and
