I have a deep love and rich history in software development (about 45 years) including running my own development studio. I have been developing software of various kinds for more than 45 years, including everything from games and simulations to embedded software. I have the technical experience and expertise to help guide development teams.
I understand what it takes to build the teams and disciplines to efficiently create quality products. I have built my own businesses from the ground up and have been responsible for recruiting and structuring global teams for large international companies. I understand the required processes and procedures and how to merge the needs of the business and the wonderful creativity of developers.
