Summary

I have been in the tech industry for four years. Four years of experience as an app/cloud support, one year as an application developer. I don't have the technical knowledge in programming when I graduated but I can assure you that I make time to learn new skills.
Main responsibilities as an app/cloud support involves monitoring batch jobs, executing and creating queries for data issues via MSSQL, address incident tickets via ServiceNow. I was promoted for optimizing a crucial monitoring task, minimizing data discrepancy.
As an application developer, I became an SME for the operations tasks and became one of the main developers for modernizing the applications and migrating them to cloud using .Net, C#, AWS, Azure DevOps and SQL. I also participated with bug fixing. With the limited amount of knowledge, I was able to deploy successfully a modernized code of a web service being used by the application with no bugs logged.
