Currently accountable for implementation and growth of Key Account portfolio; responsible for client executive alignment, commercial development, service execution and escalation management. Responsible for ~$10M in annual revenue generation and 50% of Key Account net revenue generation. Liaison to Commercial and Operational leadership, guiding influence on product development to ensure market viability of customer solutions and services.
Fortunate to have managed on an international scale, leading across time zones to deliver to the client. That being said, looking for opportunities that allow for balance between workload and aggressive goal setting.
Strength in international logistics, ERP software, integrations and baseline knowledge of software development. Very quick learner (tend to be hands-on).
Truthfully speaking, product/service market viability. I am looking for a role within a company that offers a solution that clients actually need and want. Something I can develop expertise around to consult, implement and/or execute for the end customer. I don't necessarily have to have a need for the solution myself, but must have a way to connect it to the client and convey return on investment.
I do not mind being a self-starter, but would expect role definition and the ability to hold others accountable. Similarly, I do not mind working long hours, or going the extra-mile to exceed on client expectations... but I don't like working long hours because others are not holding their end of the deal or the workload is poorly defined. I prefer being a team player.
In short, I really enjoy finding the happy balance of making clients happy while also keeping the lights on. I'm no stranger to RFPs, contract negotiations and pricing exercises. Finding a product that I can provide bother commercial and operational expertise for would be the ideal.
