Summary

I've worked with over 100s of clients with pre-sales team to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. I have also helped draft Statements of Work. I've demonstrated mentorship skills by creating training programs for newly onboarded technical resources and authored developer training on monitoring software that was used to train developer clients and internal developers. Routinely, I would work with Customer Success Managers to review customer journey realization plans with customers to ensure solutions our professional services team delivered have made or will impact completing milestones on the journey and accomplishing customer business goals.
