Solution Architect/System Engineer

Summary

Infrastructure planning and purchasing for datacenter level server rooms and co-location strategy/implementation. Experienced with all MS Windows server and desktop OS from the 1994-Current. Building or fixing an IT department from ground up. O365, G-Suite implementation and administration. Understand IP networking, application development, and all facets of enterprise infrastructure and supremely comfortable bridging the gap that often develops when "silo-ing" occurs. Accustomed to working in factory and financial industries which are highly regulated. Strong ability to understand and interpret business needs and fix current or implement new solutions. Need little to no guidance and flexible to work from office or home.

Expectations

I thrive in high stress, high visibility situations where sound but rapid decisions need to be made. I would like to be involved in steering an environment from the business as usual, or plug the holes approach, to an adaptive, proactive organization that can be free to begin looking forward.

My expectation would be only that I'm appropriately challenged, included in the decision making process, and compensated properly.
