Interacted with the crossflow team to get the stub data created according to the requirements.
Involved in complete interaction with the Dev team and helping the team about the best possible bug fixes.
Quality test plan created by better understanding of the BRD and FRD. Understanding the execution timeline and developing the weekly goals and baselines.
Recording the defects, Adherence to Test plan, Meeting the deadlines, Attending Team meetings, Review of project log with Project Manager/Team Leader.
Updating the tracking sheet/status report, Handling preparation of project related reports like DSR (Daily Status report), WSR (Weekly Status Report).
Involved in cross browser testing and cross platform testing.
Handle Sprint planning, Retrospective and Daily stand-up call and get the day-to-day update from the team on development and testing
UAT Demo to User on the current deployment and get feedback before deploying to Production
Responsible for understanding business processes and functional requirements
Leading and prioritize backlog with guidance from Product Owner
Responsible and accountable to translate business needs into enhancements
Working with the Product Owner to refine and develop detailed requirements
Performing requirements analysis and creating user stories
Creating well-defined acceptance criteria in structured language like Gherkin to ensure the flow in a cycle
Effectively communicating the insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
Working with Development team and testers to ensure user stories are understood and implemented as required
Planning and executing User Acceptance Testing for each release
Lead risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality
Participating and leading all Agile ceremonies with the team
