Software Tech Lead

Summary

I am currently working as VP of Engineering at Goldman Sachs. As of now, I have 11+ years of experience as a software engineer and multiple projects under my belt as team lead/project manager in addition to that. Throughout my career, I have worked with various technologies, tools and languages in a wide variety of industries. I have been a part of the full software development lifecycle, from root cause analysis and requirements gathering to architecture design, coding and testing.

I have also led several projects as project leader or manager, working with teams of both technical and non-technical members. In all such projects, I have made it my mission to make the team environment as comfortable and trusting as possible, making sure the connection within the team is engaging and healthy.

I am an avid researcher and am exceptionally curious. I always try to keep up with recent technologies by both reading and taking online courses, as well as coming up with small scale hobby projects of my own to see them in action. I enjoy mentoring younger or less experienced members and volunteering opportunities. I have an active social life and am able to keep my work / life balance in check.

Expectations

I would like to work in a company with projects where I can see the result of my hard work being beneficial to many people. The company goal and projects should definitely help me improve myself in the right direction.

As an avid researcher and quick learner, with my accumulated knowledge of working in various industries and tech stacks, in addition to the projects I have successfully lead and participated in from start to finish, I believe I can contribute much to the future of any company.
