Summary

Hi Team, I used to work as a software analyst at Brigdenext, where my job was to evaluate product support. Gathering product needs, such as feature or bug-related modification requests, is one of my tasks and responsibilities at this organization. I used to keep an eye on dashboards, handle release procedures including obtaining approvals and drafting pre-requirements, and conduct technical troubleshooting for product-related problems, which included locating error logs, managing permissions, and completing client requests. In addition, I have to create sanity reports and conduct sanity tests for different production and UAT environments. Utilizing knowledge articles and confluence pages to provide users with accurate and correct resolutions and reviewing past cases to verify the actions taken to resolve issues, I assisted clients in resolving Jira issues and provided users with resolutions for issues and requests that were reported. Additionally, I utilized to create the FRDs for the updated specifications.

I used to assist clients with product installation and configuration on client servers by gaining remote access to their machines while I was employed with IDeaS as a technical support engineer. In the past, I would debug reported difficulties and fulfill user requests to enable and disable features. carried out planned product installs and connected it to the Oracle PMS by utilizing the port, agent ID, and Oracle login credentials. The judgments for the recently installed properties were also sent by me; they were posted on both the property's official website and third-party websites. I was also responsible for allocating the tickets to my coworkers according to their Salesforce roles and competencies.
